The posting

The Subscription Administrator is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative services to support the subscription department. This role focuses on managing subscription administration, customer enquiries, vehicle coordination, and payment-related follow-ups using car rental and subscription software systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain customer subscriptions using car rental/subscription software.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to email enquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, and vehicles.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue payments and vehicle returns.
  • Assist with repayment plan administration, including setup, tracking, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Update system records, complete data entry, and ensure accuracy across platforms.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Fleet, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues.
  • Provide general administrative support to the subscriptions team.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as directed to support business operations.

  • Strong attention to detail with accurate administrative task management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confident in using computer systems and business software.
  • Competent keyboard and MS Office skills (desirable).
