1、区域行政运营管理：负责上海办公区及东区/北区线下门店整体行政运营统筹工作，建立并持续优化多城市办公区及门店行政运营体系，包括运营标准、服务机制、巡检机制及管理流程，保障各办公区及门店稳定、高效、有序运营。 2、供应商及现场运营管理：负责各类供应商统筹管理，包括但不限于物业、保洁、安保、绿植、工程维修等，制定服务标准、运营目标及考核机制，带领供应商团队完成日常运营工作，持续监督项目现场执行细节及服务质量，推动供应商交付能力持续提升。 3、门店行政及设施管理：负责东区/北区门店现场行政及设施运营管理，包括门店巡检、设施设备维护、办公环境管理、工程维修、资产管理及问题整改闭环，持续提升门店现场运营质量及用户体验。 4、安全与风险管理：负责办公区及门店安全运营管理，包括消防安全、施工安全、用电安全及突发事件应急管理，定期组织安全巡检、风险排查及整改闭环，建立标准化安全管理机制，保障办公区及门店安全稳定运营。 5、用户体验与服务优化：关注业务及员工需求，收集并分析用户反馈，持续优化行政运营制度、服务流程及现场体验，联动供应商团队不断提升服务品质，满足业务快速发展下的多场景行政支持需求。 6、成本及预算管理：负责办公区及门店行政运营预算及成本管理，包括但不限于供应商费用、行政采购、能耗管理及费用分析，持续推动成本优化及节能降耗，提升整体运营效率。 7、数据化运营管理：建立并持续优化行政运营数据体系，包括供应商绩效、费用分析、安全整改、巡检结果、用户满意度等，通过数据分析推动行政运营质量提升及管理优化。 8、团队及供应商赋能管理：负责供应商团队管理及赋能，建立日常培训、绩效考核及运营管理机制，提升团队专业能力、服务意识及现场交付质量，持续优化管理效率。 9、跨部门协同及外部关系维护：负责办公区及门店与业务部门、物业、业主方及属地相关部门的日常沟通协调，维护良好合作关系，推动各项行政运营工作高效落地，并妥善处理各类突发事件。

1、 经验要求 本科及以上学历，5年以上行政运营、设施管理或综合运营相关经验 具备多办公区或连锁门店（多城市/区域）运营管理经验 有汽车媒体公司、传媒行业公司、头部物业公司行政工作经验等行业背景优先； 有大型办公区或区域门店管理经验（如上海及一线城市）优先 2、专业能力要求 熟悉行政及设施运营全链路管理，包括：设施、工程、安全、空间、后勤及固定资产管理 具备成熟的供应商/外包管理能力，能进行目标管理、绩效评估及服务优化 能独立统筹搬迁、开城、开店等复杂项目 具备数据分析与成本管理能力，可通过数据驱动运营优化 熟悉安全（含消防）及突发事件处理机制，具备风险管控意识与现场处置能力 3、 综合能力要求 具备强 owner 意识及结果导向能力，能独立推动复杂项目落地闭环 优秀的跨部门沟通与资源协调能力 能适应多任务并行处理，抗压能力强，执行力强 具备服务意识与运营/体系化管理思维 可接受区域出差及门店巡检
