1. 大专（可非统招，学信网可查毕业）及以上学历从事二手车采购、二手车评估定价等相关工作一年以上； 2. 对车源价格、车况等有判断； 3. 具备一定的学习能力和逻辑思维； 4. 始终创业的精神、正直敢为的底色； 5.具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧、具有较强的责任心和团队合作精神、能够适应高强度的工作压力和快节奏的工作环境。
