1、负责经销商 SaaS 产品从规划到落地的全生命周期运营，推动以 AI Agent 为核心的 "经营诊断 — 任务穿透 — 过程2执行 — 能力培训 — 成交反哺" 体系在经销商侧的规模化使用与价值兑现； 2、负责产品在主机厂及经销商集团的落地实施，主导门店 SaaS 系统的部署、配置、上线、验收与系统切换，确保系统在复杂门店环境中的稳定运行与持续使用； 3、围绕线索全渠道管理、客户 CRM、到店服务管理、成交管理等核心模块，建立经销商分层运营与激活机制，输出上线培训、操作手册、场景化课程等赋能内容，提升经销商使用深度与活跃度； 4、建立产品运营数据监控体系，跟踪线索接入、建联转化、CRM 使用率、成交渗透等核心指标，识别经营问题与使用瓶颈，联动产品经理推动产品持续优化； 5、负责经销商使用过程中的问题收集、反馈闭环与需求沉淀，将一线痛点转化为可落地的产品需求，参与需求优先级评估与上线验证； 6、打造标杆案例与内容运营体系，提炼头部经销商的成功实践并复制推广，组织区域化、集团化的运营活动，促进产品口碑扩散与规模化增长； 7、与商业化、销售、实施、客服及主机厂、经销商等多方协同，推动系统链路打通、问题闭环与项目按期交付。

1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上 SaaS 产品运营、实施交付或客户成功相关经验，有汽车、交易、CRM、SaaS 部署相关经验者优先； 2、有主机厂或汽车经销商工作经验，了解汽车经销业务场景（线索管理、进店接待、成交转化、售后复购等），对经销商经营痛点有真实体感； 3、具备门店 SaaS 系统部署实施经验者优先，能够独立完成需求调研、环境准备、上线配置、培训交付与验收复盘的全流程； 4、了解 CPS 线索分发、投放计费与归因逻辑者优先，能够配合产品经理与商业化团队做好线索广告产品在经销商侧的落地与答疑； 5、熟悉 SaaS 产品运营方法论，具备数据敏感性，能够通过数据指标识别经营问题并推动改进； 6、了解 AI 相关应用（AI Agent、智能外呼、智能 IM、智能工牌等）者优先，能够配合产品经理推进 AI 能力在经销商场景的实际使用与效果验证； 7、具备较强的跨团队沟通协调能力和项目推动力，能与产品、研发、商业化、主机厂等多方高效协同； 8、结果导向、责任心强、抗压能力强，适应复杂链路环境下的高频沟通与现场支持，能接受短期出差。
