Description du poste

Rédacteur Instructeur Formateur, expert de formation à la maintenance aéronautique, maitre instructeur, garant du corpus documentaire avionique de DCI , rédacteur technique et examinateur, il devra :

  • - Pour la ligne produit Drone : rédiger en partant de zéro, tout les corpus documentaires d'une formation à la maintenance des Drones, il devra effectuer en concertation avec ATE, le TNA, puis fixer les objectifs pédagogiques avec le Client, puis structurer la formation puis créer le corpus documentaire. il devra également concevoir et sourcer un KIP MAI Drone
  • Pour les projet de UE (FEP RCI), il devra structurer puis conduire les formations à la maintenance des Drones, in situ. A ce titre , il devra :préparer les cours dans sa spécialité, rédiger des documents pédagogiques, techniques et opérationnels, être force de proposition pour l'adaptation des programmes, accompagner et évaluer les stagiaires, participer à l'encadrement des stagiaires.

Qualifications

Il devra :

  • maitriser le français et l'anglais aéronautique (pour l'adaptation des cours en français et/ou en anglais) ainsi que les outils bureautiques, et les outils Edoc, elearning;
  • maitriser la production de documentations techniques aéronautique;
  • maitriser la production de corpus documentaires et de formations à la maintenance aero;
  • Maitriser la tenue et le management de formations en présentiel ou distantiel
  • être en capacité de contrôler la qualité de la production de documentation technique et de formation aéronautique;
  • maitriser les délais de production.
  • maitriser l'instruction dans sa spécialité,
  • être en capacité d'animer une formation,
  • encadrer des stagiaires étrangers,
  • maitriser les outils bureautiques.
