Défense Conseil International (DCI) est l’opérateur de référence du ministère des Armées pour le transfert du savoir-faire militaire français à l’étranger.

Description du poste

Reconnu(e) comme expert dans le domaine avionique des hélicoptères, le technicien avionique hélicoptère (H/F) prépare et rédige des cours.

En charge notamment de :

- Etudier le corpus documentaire technique lié aux modifications de l’appareil,

- Comparer les cours existants avec les nouvelles documentations techniques,

- Adapter les cours existants au regard de la mise à jour de la documentation technique,

- Définir les besoins en visuels à intégrer dans les cours et supports de cours,

- Développer et rédiger les nouveaux cours et supports de cours associés,

- Assister la direction de la formation pour la digitalisation des cours et l’élaboration des cours en E-learning,

- Etre force de proposition pour l'adaptation des modules et programme de formation,

- Réaliser les rapports d’étape dans l’élaboration des cours,

- Participer si besoin au développement de formation au profit d’autres projets menés simultanément au sein de la Direction des Moyens Aéronautiques

Qualifications

Ancien mécanicien hélicoptère, de spécialité avionique, vous possédez une bonne expérience des hélicoptères de génération récente, notamment de l’AS 365/565. Vous avez connaissance des systèmes avioniques hélicoptère (Mission, Navigation, Radio communication). Vous vous distinguez par votre capacité d’analyse des documents techniques, notices fabricant, schéma, SB/STC, etc… et une forte capacité de synthèse. Vous maitrisez les techniques de développement de cours ainsi que les outils bureautiques et le pack Office. Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse, votre aisance relationnelle et votre adaptabilité sont des atouts essentiels dans l’accomplissement de votre mission.
