Description du poste

Au sein de le Direction des Moyens Aéronautiques, le technicien hélicoptère structure (H/F) est en charge de :

  • Assurer la maintenance des aéronefs en atelier
  • Réaliser les pièces par cambrage, pliage, cintrage, ajustage d'éléments ou de sous-ensemble en alliage léger, matériaux composites et métalliques
  • Réaliser les techniques de rivetage, de soudures de traitement thermiques et des travaux sur alliages légers et matériaux composites
  • Effectuer les diagnostics et les actes de maintenance complexes
  • Gérer la production du chantier afin de tenir les objectifs fixés par le contrat
  • Assurer le management technique des aéronefs en piste, des visites préventives ou des réparations
  • Vérifier la qualité des opérations de maintenance effectuées conformément aux prescriptions du programme
  • Mettre tout en œuvre pour respecter les délais du planning prévisionnel d’entretien préalablement établi
  • Rendre compte de toutes anomalies techniques constatées et anticiper tous les problèmes d’approvisionnement en rechange

Qualifications

Ancien mécanicien hélicoptère de l’ALAT ou de la Marine Nationale ou Armée de l’air, titulaire d’un brevet de mécanicien hélicoptère tôlier soudeur ou d’un brevet supérieur équivalent, vous souhaitez rejoindre un acteur reconnu du secteur de la défense. Vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 ans minimum en maintenance d’hélicoptères de type AS 332, SUPER PUMA, Caracal, NH90 ou Cougar.

La qualification pour travailler sur matériaux composites est un atout supplémentaire. Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle, votre réactivité et votre adaptabilité sont des atouts essentiels dans l’accomplissement de votre mission.

Votre anglais est opérationnel.
