Objetivo del puesto

Desarrollar y gestionar una cartera de clientes B2B, impulsando el crecimiento comercial mediante la generación de nuevas cuentas, el desarrollo de oportunidades y la venta consultiva del portafolio completo.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Desarrollar y activar nuevas cuentas, generando una cartera propia de clientes.
  • Gestionar y hacer crecer la cartera actual, maximizando el potencial de cada cliente.
  • Promover la venta integral del portafolio, incluyendo productos de rotación y de nicho.
  • Desarrollar nuevos canales comerciales.
  • Gestionar prospectos provenientes del CRM y dar seguimiento continuo.
  • Mantener contacto frecuente con clientes a través de canales digitales (teléfono, WhatsApp, mail) desarrollando la gestión comercial de manera interna.
  • Cumplir con objetivos comerciales por marca y volumen de facturación.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en ventas B2B.
  • Conocimiento del rubro electricidad básica y/o electrónica.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con compradores y perfiles técnicos.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de cartera de clientes.
  • Buscamos un perfil con excelentes habilidades interpersonales y una marcada orientación a resultados. También se valorará especialmente la proactividad, entendida como la iniciativa para generar nuevas oportunidades y accionar de manera autónoma.
