Gerente de Sistemas

Propósito del Puesto

Asegurar que la infraestructura, las aplicaciones, los datos y los procesos tecnológicos de la Escuela Escocesa San Andrés, operen de manera confiable, segura y eficiente, impulsando soluciones que acompañen el aprendizaje, la gestión institucional y la innovación.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Llevar adelante un plan de gobierno y gestión de datos.
  • Gestionar proyectos, presupuesto, proveedores y políticas tecnológicas.
  • Analizar y mejorar procesos, para impulsar eficiencia y transformación digital.
  • Mantener la infraestructura tecnológica, las comunicaciones y la seguridad informática.
  • Administrar y evolucionar las aplicaciones institucionales y sus integraciones.
  • Acompañar a las áreas usuarias en la adopción de herramientas y buenas prácticas digitales.

Competencias personales deseadas para el puesto

  • Pasión por la educación en tecnología y el aprendizaje continuo.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y trabajo transversal con distintas áreas.
  • Habilidades para la Negociación.
  • Visión estratégica e innovación tecnológica aplicada al ámbito educativo (deseable).

Requisitos

Competencias profesionales

  • Título universitario en Sistemas, Ingeniería informática o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando áreas de IT o proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en infraestructura, ciberseguridad, gestión de datos y servicios en la nube.
  • Se valorará certificación en PMI e ITIL.
  • Conocimiento y manejo de gerenciamiento de proyectos.
  • El dominio del idioma inglés será considerado un plus.
  • Disponibilidad horaria full time (8:00 a 16:30 h). Lugar de trabajo: Sede Olivos y Sede San Fernando.
