Communicatiemedewerker

32 uur per week | Amsterdam

Goede communicatie begint met weten wat je wilt vertellen, aan wie en via welk kanaal. Als communicatiemedewerker help jij collega’s om daarin de juiste keuzes te maken én zorg je dat de communicatie goed wordt uitgevoerd.

Je werkt voor De Sociale Maatschap en onze stichtingen Buurtteam Amsterdam Noord en Zuid, Doras, PuurZuid en Debitum Amsterdam. Stichtingen met ieder een eigen doelgroep, afzender en stijl. Dat maakt je werk afwisselend en vraagt dat je snel kunt schakelen.

Wat ga je doen?

Je adviseert collega’s over interne en externe communicatie en vertaalt vragen naar een passende aanpak. Je schrijft en redigeert onder meer nieuwsberichten, interviews, nieuwsbrieven en socialmediacontent.

Je houdt websites en intranet actueel, beheert de contentkalender en zoekt actief naar verhalen en onderwerpen die relevant zijn. Ook maak en voer je communicatieplannen uit voor projecten, activiteiten en evenementen.

Daarnaast bewaak je de huisstijl en maak je zelf communicatiemiddelen, zoals posters en flyers, presentaties, infographics en promotiemateriaal. Je stemt af met leveranciers en vormgevers en denkt mee over publiciteit en communicatie voor medewerkers.

Wat breng je mee?

Je schrijft helder en toegankelijk en weet je toon aan te passen aan verschillende doelgroepen: van collega’s en professionals tot Amsterdammers en samenwerkingspartners.

Je hebt mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in communicatie, media of een vergelijkbare richting. Je bent digitaal vaardig, kunt goed prioriteren en maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen. Ervaring met Adobe (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Laposta of vergelijkbare tools is mooi meegenomen.

Je volgt ontwikkelingen in het communicatievak en bent nieuwsgierig naar de mogelijkheden van AI. Je kijkt daarbij ook kritisch naar hoe we nieuwe technologie verantwoord inzetten.

Werken in ons team

Je werkt in een team van drie communicatieprofessionals. We werken hybride en zien elkaar regelmatig op kantoor in Amsterdam Noord.

We sparren veel, lezen met elkaar mee en verdelen het werk waar nodig. Zo zorgen we samen voor communicatie die past bij De Sociale Maatschap, Doras, PuurZuid, Debitum Amsterdam en Buurtteam Amsterdam.

Dit krijg je van ons

Een functie voor 32 uur per week, met brutosalaris volgens cao Sociaal Werk, salarisschaal 7: minimaal € 3.235,- en maximaal €4.832,- bij fulltime dienstverband (36uur). Daarnaast krijg je een Individueel Keuzebudget van ruim 17%, een loopbaanbudget, een laptop en telefoon en de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken.

Je krijgt eerst een contract voor één jaar, met uitzicht op verlenging.
