Over de Buurtteams

Bij Buurtteam Amsterdam Noord werken we dichtbij bewoners, in de wijk. We ondersteunen Amsterdammers bij vragen over zorg, gezondheid, wonen, werk, geld, ontmoeten of veiligheid, met als doel dat zij zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig verder kunnen.

Wil jij jouw ervaringsdeskundigheid inzetten op een plek waar je echt onderdeel bent van het buurtteam en samen met andere ervaringsdeskundigen verder kunt bouwen aan het vak? Dan is dit een mooi moment om bij ons aan te sluiten.

In Amsterdam Noord werken al drie ervaringsdeskundigen. We zoeken een nieuwe collega voor het team Volewijck, waarna team Nieuwendam en team Vogelbuurt zullen volgen. Daarmee heeft straks ieder buurtteam in Noord een ervaringsdeskundige. Ook binnen onze buurtteams in Zuid zijn inmiddels vier ervaringsdeskundigen gestart. Samen vormen jullie een groeiend netwerk binnen DSM.

Over de functie

Als ervaringsdeskundige zet je jouw ervaringskennis bewust, professioneel en doelgericht in. Vanuit herkenning en gelijkwaardigheid help je Amsterdammers vertrouwen op te bouwen en ondersteun je hen bij herstel, regie en perspectief.

Je hebt een eigen rol en expertise binnen het buurtteam. Je komt te werken in een team waar nog weinig tot geen ervaring is met een ervaringsdeskundige. Daarom zoeken we ervaringsdeskundigen die stevig in hun vak staan en het leuk vinden om samen met collega's de rol verder vorm te geven.

Naast individuele ondersteuning willen we het groepsgerichte aanbod verder ontwikkelen en zoeken ervaringsdeskundigen die daar actief aan willen bijdragen.

Je staat er niet alleen voor. Je trekt op met de andere ervaringsdeskundigen in Noord en Zuid en neemt deel aan werkoverleggen, intervisie en stedelijke bijeenkomsten voor kennisdeling en vakontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen?

· Je biedt herstelondersteunende begeleiding, individueel en in groepsverband.

· Je werkt nauw samen met buurtteammedewerkers.

· Je brengt het perspectief van de Amsterdammer actief in en helpt bruggen te slaan tussen leef- en systeemwereld.

· Je signaleert knelpunten en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan verbetering van de ondersteuning.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken ervaringsdeskundigen die nieuwsgierig zijn, graag samenwerken en willen bijdragen aan goede ondersteuning voor Amsterdammers.

  • Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding tot ervaringsdeskundige en hebt ervaring met het professioneel inzetten van ervaringskennis.
  • Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan door opleiding en/of relevante werkervaring.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en goed samenwerken met verschillende professionals.
  • Je kunt je eigen rol en expertise duidelijk neerzetten, ook in een team waar ervaringsdeskundigheid nog nieuw is.
  • Je bent reflectief en communicatief sterk, durft een ander perspectief in te brengen en blijft daarbij in verbinding met collega's.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het opzetten en begeleiden van groepen.

Wat bieden wij?

  • Een zelfstandige rol met professionele ruimte om jouw expertise in te zetten en mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van ervaringsdeskundigheid.
  • Een groeiend netwerk van ervaringsdeskundigen in Noord en Zuid en verbinding met ervaringsdeskundigen in de rest van Amsterdam.
  • Intervisie onder begeleiding van Team ED, werkoverleggen, casuïstiekbesprekingen en stedelijke bijeenkomsten.
  • Scholing en ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Salaris conform cao Sociaal Werk, schaal 7 of 8: minimaal € 3.235- en maximaal € 5.326,- bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur.
  • Een Individueel Keuzebudget van ruim 17% en een Individueel Loopbaanbudget.
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op verlenging.
  • Werktijden die we in overleg bepalen.
