Stichting De Sociale Maatschap is de koepelstichting voor Buurtteam Amsterdam Noord en Buurtteam Amsterdam Zuid en voor de stichtingen Doras, PuurZuid en Debitum. Wij ondersteunen Amsterdammers. Schuldhulpverlener VEOA 32 uur

Kom je bij ons team?

Je gaat werken bij Buurtteam Amsterdam Zuid. Dit is dé plek in de buurt voor alle buurtbewoners met vragen. Altijd en overal dichtbij. Wij bieden ondersteuning en maken mensen zo zelfredzaam als mogelijk, uitgaand van hun eigen kracht, talenten en met respect voor ieders eigenheid: iedereen doet ertoe en heeft recht op kwaliteit van leven! Wij vragen zo spoedig mogelijk voor het team Vroeg Eropaf een schuldhulpverlener voor 32 uur per week. Bij Vroeg Eropaf benader je op een outreachende wijze in een vroeg stadium bewoners waar een melding is van een betalingsprobleem. In nauwe samenwerking maken een maatschappelijk werker en een schuldhulpverlener (beide buurtteammedewerkers) een inventarisatie van de situatie en stellen een plan van aanpak op. Het is een afwisselende functie waarbij de belasting en tijdsdruk per week kan verschillen.

Wij vragen

  • Een afgeronde relevante HBO opleiding;
  • Affiniteit en bekendheid met diverse culturele achtergronden;
  • Kennis van de sociale kaart;
  • Kennis van psychosociale oorzaken van schuldenproblematiek;
  • Ervaring in het werkveld;
  • Stevige persoonlijkheid, pro actief en accuraat;
  • Flexibel inzetbaar;
  • Kennis van motiverende gespreksvoering;
  • Kennis van het inzetten van informele en formele netwerken.

Verder kun je rekenen op:

  • een salaris conform cao Sociaal Werk, salarisschaal 8: minimaal € 3.435,- en maximaal € 5.216,- bij fulltime dienstverband (36 uur). Per 1 oktober volgt een cao-verhoging van 2,1%.
  • een individueel keuzebudget: zet 17,5% van je brutoloon om naar extra geld of vrije dagen
  • een individueel loopbaanbudget: kies een opleiding of activiteit waar jij energie van krijgt
  • reiskostenregeling met de mogelijkheid tot de keuze van een volledige reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer met Openbaar Vervoer (trein 2e klas)
