SOCIAAL RAADSLID

voor 32 uur per week

Wil jij jouw sociaal‑juridische expertise inzetten voor een organisatie met een duidelijke maatschappelijke opdracht? Ben je communicatief sterk, nauwkeurig en analytisch? Dan is deze baan iets voor jou.

Over de functie

Als sociaal raadslid vorm je een schakel tussen de cliënt en (maatschappelijke) instanties. Je geeft informatie, advies en concrete dienstverlening op het gebied van voorzieningen en recht.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je inventariseert en analyseert de hulpvraag op basis van verzamelde gegevens en stemt het hulpaanbod hierop af.
  • Je verwijst cliënten in gevallen waarbij specialistische hulp nodig is en/of indiceert andere voorzieningen en instellingen.
  • Je zet je voorlichtingsactiviteiten op ten behoeve van cliënten.
  • Je verricht je intermediaire activiteiten, zoals bezwaarschriften schrijven en bemiddelen in conflicten.
  • Je werkt intensief samen met sociaal werkers, schuldhulpverleners, vrijwilligers, instanties en organisaties en je bent in staat vrijwilligers te begeleiden.

Wat bied jij?

Je bent iemand die kennis deelt en actief de samenwerking zoekt met collega’s van andere disciplines waarbij je goed zicht houdt op de afbakening tussen de verschillende taakgebieden. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en beschikt over improvisatievermogen. Je bent sociaal vaardig voor het motiveren, stimuleren en instrueren van cliënten. Je hebt een flexibele en oplossing georiënteerde instelling.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een afgeronde HBO-diploma SJD
  • Actuele kennis op sociaal juridisch terrein
  • Kennis van rijksbelastingen en toeslagen is een must
  • Analytisch vermogen en vaardig in het uitbrengen van adviezen
  • Uitstekende gesprekstechnieken en sociale vaardigheden voor omgang met cliënten.
  • Goede schrijfvaardigheid voor het opstellen van brieven, rapportages en bezwaar- en beroepsschriften

Wij zoeken:

  • Een enthousiaste, flexibele collega die met een integrale werkwijze een bijdrage weet te leveren aan de kwaliteit van de totale dienstverlening.
  • Minimaal één jaar werkervaring als sociaal raadslid is een pre.
  • Werken en ervaring in het begeleiden van vrijwilligers is een pre.
  • Een kandidaat die het indien nodige een uitdaging vindt om in verschillende Buurtteams in Zuid te werken.
  • Een collega die mee kan draaien in de Buurtteam SR inloopspreekuren.

Dit krijg je:

  • een salaris conform cao Sociaal Werk, salarisschaal 7 of 8: minimaal € 3.235,- en maximaal € 5.326,- (afhankelijk van werkervaring) bij fulltime dienstverband (36 uur)
  • Individueel Keuze Budget. Dit is ruim 17% van je brutoloon dat je zelf kan omzetten naar extra salaris of vrije dagen.
  • Individueel Loopbaanbudget dat je kan gebruiken voor een opleiding of activiteit waar jij energie van krijgt.
  • Werktijden die in overleg kunnen worden bepaald; wel zo prettig.
