Jongeren Schuldhulpverlener

32-36 uur per week

Kom je bij ons team?

Buurtteam Amsterdam Zuid is dé plek in de buurt voor alle buurtbewoners met vragen. Altijd en overal dichtbij. Wij bieden ondersteuning en maken mensen zo zelfredzaam als mogelijk, uitgaand van hun eigen kracht, talenten en met respect voor ieders eigenheid: iedereen doet ertoe en heeft recht op kwaliteit van leven! Wij vragen zo spoedig mogelijk voor het team Amsterdam Zuid een jongeren schuldhulpverlener voor 32-36 uur per week. Als jongeren schuldhulpverlener bied je ondersteuning aan jongeren die woonachtig zijn in Amsterdam en problemen ondervinden met hun financiën in combinatie met wonen, werk en opleiding. Je ondersteunt jongeren bij het oplossen van financiële problemen door middel van advies en begeleiding en leert hen om te gaan met geld om financiële problemen in de toekomst te voorkomen.

Wij vragen:

• Een afgeronde relevante HBO opleiding;

• Ervaring in het werken met jongeren;

• Kennis van en inzicht in financiën, budgettering en administratieve procedures;

• Ervaring in de schuldhulpverlening;

• Kennis van de sociale kaart en psychosociale oorzaken van schuldenproblematiek;

• Kennis van voorliggende voorzieningen op het gebied van jongeren;

• Affiniteit en bekendheid met diverse culturele achtergronden en het begrippenkader van jongeren en andere instanties.

En ben jij iemand die:

• Oplossingsgericht is en met oog voor de lange termijn doelen van de jongeren kan handelen?

• Zelfstandig een caseload kan beheren?

• Kan schakelen tussen collega’s, jongeren en derden?

• Als mediator tussen de jongere en de schuldeisers kan fungeren?

• Een uitnodigende en outreachende houding heeft?

• Flexibel in houding en werktijden is?

  • een salaris conform cao Sociaal Werk, salarisschaal 8: minimaal € 3.507,- en maximaal € 5.326,- bij een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur).
  • een individueel keuzebudget: zet ruim 17% van je brutoloon om naar extra geld of vrije dagen.
  • een individueel loopbaanbudget: kies een opleiding of activiteit waar jij energie van krijgt.
