Voor onze teams in Amsterdam Zuid en Amsterdam Noord zoeken wij:

Schuldhulpverleners

24-36 uur per week

Bij ons is iedereen uniek en iedereen anders. Ook jij bent welkom!

De werkzaamheden? Denk aan:

  • Het voeren van (intake)gesprekken, waarin kennis maken met de Amsterdammer een belangrijk onderdeel is. Je kijkt naast de schuldenproblematiek naar de gehele situatie van de Amsterdammer en samen maak je een Plan van Aanpak
  • Vaststellen van het inkomen en uitgaven- en schuldenpatroon van de Amsterdammer en de mogelijke oorzaken
  • Indien nodig zorg je voor een correcte doorverwijzing intern naar bijvoorbeeld het Buurtteam of sociaal raadslieden of extern naar netwerkpartners.
  • Je onderhoud contact met de schuldeisers en deurwaarders
  • Begeleiden van cliënten gedurende het GKA- of WSNP-traject – Eventueel inzetten moratorium of dwangakkoord.
  • Afhandelen crisissituaties.
  • Het houden van spreekuren op diverse locaties
  • Cliënten begeleiden bij uitstromen vanuit beschermingsbewind

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een afgeronde relevante Hbo-opleiding;
  • Ervaring als Schuldhulpverlener en ervaring in het werken met het Route 020 model of motiverende gespreksvoering is een pré;
  • Kennis van de gedragscode schuldregeling NVVK, relevante wetgeving en het sociale zekerheidsstelsel is een pré;
  • Gevoel voor humor;
  • Collegialiteit en flexibiliteit
  • Je bent een daadkrachtige en innovatieve persoonlijkheid.
  • Je kunt vanuit een integraal perspectief te werken
  • Je hebt kennis over de (Amsterdamse) sociale kaart.
  • Je reflecteert op je eigen handelen en leert graag van ervaringen
  • Je hebt affiniteit met verschillende culturele achtergronden

Dit krijg je allemaal bij ons:

  • Een salaris conform de CAO Sociaal Werk, salarisschaal 8 minimaal 3.435,- en maximaal 5.216,- bij een dienstverband van 36 uur per week.
  • Individueel Keuze Budget. Dit is ongeveer 18,5% van je bruto loon dat je zelf kan omzetten naar extra geld of vrije dagen.
  • Individueel Loopbaanbudget dat je kan gebruiken voor een opleiding of activiteit waar jij energie van krijgt.
  • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op verlenging.
  • Werktijden die in overleg kunnen worden bepaald; wel zo prettig.
  • En heel belangrijk: gezellige collega’s en een team waarin jouw ontwikkeling centraal staat.
