Ben jij een ervaren hypotheekadviseur die graag advies geeft zonder de administratieve rompslomp?

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met jouw collega's ga je onze klanten helpen middels het geven van het juiste hypotheekadvies. Hoe jouw takenpakket er verder uitziet als Hypotheekadviseur:

  • Telefonisch hypotheekadvies geven aan klanten, op basis van een volledig voorbereide opdracht.
  • Inventarisatie afwerken en een gedetailleerde analyse maken.
  • Je begeleidt de klant in het proces en bespreekt de beste hypotheekoplossingen op afstand.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met onze binnendienst, die de verdere afwikkeling van de dossiers voor haar rekening neemt.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Bruto maandsalaris tussen de €3.500 tot €4.500 op basis van een 40-urige werkweek;
  • Werkweek tussen de 32 en 40 uur;

Waar kom je terecht?

Deze landelijk werkende onafhankelijk financieel dienstverlener heeft vestigingen door het hele land. Als franchiseorganisatie tellen ze meer dan 100 kantoren verspreid over Nederland. Deze financieel advieskantoren verspreid over het hele land zijn bij deze groep aangesloten. Voor een groeiend aantal van hen verzorgen zij de volledige backoffice werkzaamheden. Zij dragen dan zorg voor het gehele administratieve traject zoals acceptatie, schadebehandeling en incasso onder eigen label van dit intermediair.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Minimaal WFT Hypothecair Krediet.
  • Ervaring met hypotheekadvies en klantcontact.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om complexe financiële zaken helder uit te leggen.
  • Zelfstandigheid en nauwkeurigheid in het maken van analyses en adviezen.
