Meer tijd voor je klanten, minder tijd kwijt aan administratie. Als hypotheekadviseur bij Frits kun jij je richten op waar je goed in bent: mensen helpen bij één van de belangrijkste financiële beslissingen in hun leven. Geen onnodige administratieve rompslomp, maar slimme software, AI en een backoffice die het dossier van je overneemt zodra jouw advies staat. Zo heb jij de ruimte om klanten goed en helder te adviseren bij de belangrijkste beslissing van hun leven.

Wat je doet

Je adviseert starters, doorstromers en mensen die hun hypotheek oversluiten of verhogen. Onze dienstverlening is volledig online, dus dit kan vanuit huis, maar we komen graag twee keer per week met z’n allen op kantoor. Dit zodat je korte lijntjes hebt om verschillende casussen met elkaar te bespreken. Zo kom je dus snel te weten of je dat tiny house wél of niet mag financieren en hoe zat het ook alweer met vernieuwbouw?

Als hypotheekadviseur word je bij Frits geholpen door slimme software die ook door klanten als prettig wordt ervaren. Het is transparant, makkelijk in gebruik, werkt efficiënt en als je klaar bent met het advies, dan pakt de backoffice het vervolgproces verder uit handen. Heb je een goed idee over hoe we de klantreis nog beter kunnen maken, of heb je een verbetersuggestie over interne processen? Dan helpen onze developers graag om dit idee werkelijkheid te maken. Alles om het jou én de klant makkelijker te maken.

Wat kun je verwachten van Frits?

Naast een werkplek waarin onze developers graag met je meedenken, ideeën snel werkelijkheid gemaakt kunnen worden en een goede werksfeer bieden we het volgende:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de €4.050 - €5.600,- obv 40 uur per week
  • Een jaarcontract met de intentie om dit om te zetten naar een vast contract
  • Hybride werken: minimaal twee dagen op kantoor, de rest vanuit huis
  • 30 vakantiedagen per jaar
  • Eén week per jaar werken we vanuit een warm land tijdens onze workation
  • Nog niet voldoende buitenland voor jou? Dan is er de optie om 4 weken per jaar remote te werken
  • Betaalde lunch wanneer je op kantoor werkt
  • Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer én een NS-businesscard
  • Een Macbook en een volledig ingerichte werkplek voor thuis (bureau, stoel en scherm)
  • Thuiswerkvergoeding van €2,45 per dag
  • Een goede pensioenregeling bij a.s.r. waarbij Frits het grootste deel betaalt
  • Korting voor advies naar vrienden en familie, en 20% korting op eigen hypotheekadvies
  • Een gedreven en gezellig team met leuke collega’s en regelmatig feestjes, borrels en uitjes

Als hypotheekadviseur bij Frits vind je het, net als wij, belangrijk om de hypotheekmarkt voor iedereen begrijpelijk te maken. Verder:

  • Heb jij minimaal één jaar ervaring als hypotheekadviseur
  • Heb jij hbo werk- en denkniveau
  • Heb jij WFT-Basis, vermogen en hypothecair op zak en deze zijn natuurlijk up-to-date
  • Help jij mensen graag op een persoonlijke manier en staat de klant op de eerste plek
  • Weet jij bij een online dienstverlening de verbinding op te zoeken met klanten
