Ervaring als Hypotheekadviseur en toe aan een nieuwe uitdaging bij een grote speler binnen Noord-Holland? Voor één van onze vestigingen in Haarlem, Hoofddorp, Zaandam of Alkmaar zoeken wij een nieuwe collega!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Financieel Adviseur werk je zelfstandig en in zeer goede samenwerking met de makelaars op kantoor. Je adviseert (potentiële) klanten gericht op een lange termijn relatie. De klant voelt zich bij jou direct op zijn/haar gemak en ervaart dat jij in zijn/haar belang alle zaken op een rij zet. Je kennis van je vak zorgt er voor dat je het perfecte voorstel voor de klant bij de juiste partij aanbrengt.

In samenwerking met je collega op de binnendienst ontzorg je de klant bij de administratieve afwikkeling zodat je de klantbelofte volledig invult. Snelheid, accuratesse en efficiency is hierbij voor de klant van groot belang. Voor jou staat de klant centraal en samen met je collega’s is het je doel om de verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. Je staat open voor coaching en verbetering en bent (positief) kritisch.

Wat verwachten ze van jou?

  • Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bent volledig Wft gecertificeerd en bij voorkeur SEH/EFA gecertificeerd;
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het vak;
  • Werkervaring bij een Intermediair is een pré;
  • Je kunt out of the box denken;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
