Wat ga je doen?

Als Hypotheekadviseur ben jij hét gezicht voor klanten en begeleid je hen van A tot Z bij hun hypotheekvraagstukken. Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk deze beslissing is en neemt daarom echt de tijd om iedere situatie goed te doorgronden.

In jouw rol houd jij je bezig met:

  • Het voeren van adviesgesprekken met zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten (o.a. aankoop, verbouw, oversluiten en ontslag hoofdelijke aansprakelijkheid);
  • Het inventariseren van klantwensen en financiële situaties en deze vertalen naar een helder en passend advies;
  • Het aanbieden van onafhankelijke oplossingen uit een breed aanbod van hypotheken, verzekeringen en financiële producten;
  • Het enthousiast presenteren van jouw advies, waarbij jouw betrokkenheid en expertise duidelijk naar voren komen;
  • Het nauw samenwerken met de binnendienst, zodat jij je volledig kunt focussen op de klant terwijl zij de administratieve afhandeling verzorgen.
