Bei uns entstehen die nächsten Generationen elektrischer Antriebe. Damit unsere Entwicklungs- und Prototypenprojekte vorankommen, müssen die richtigen Teile zur richtigen Zeit verfügbar sein. Genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

Als Operativer Einkäufer für Prototypen und Musterbau sorgst du dafür, dass Bedarfe schnell und zuverlässig beschafft werden. Du arbeitest eng mit Entwicklung, Prozessentwicklung und unseren Lieferanten zusammen, koordinierst Bestellungen und behältst Liefertermine im Blick. Wenn es eng wird, findest du pragmatische Lösungen und stellst sicher, dass kritische Komponenten rechtzeitig verfügbar sind.

Du musst kein technischer Experte sein. Viel wichtiger sind deine Hands-on-Mentalität, dein Organisationstalent und deine Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.

Dein Arbeitsplatz ist unser Standort in Garching bei München mit der Möglichkeit, teilweise im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Identifikation, Auswahl und Betreuung von Lieferanten
  • Prüfung eingehender Bedarfe aus Entwicklung und Prozessentwicklung
  • Auslösen und Nachverfolgen von Bestellungen im ERP-System
  • Beschaffung von Prototypen-, Muster- und Versuchsteilen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie proaktive Kommunikation von Terminänderungen
  • Abstimmung zwischen Lieferanten und internen Projektteams
  • Nachverfolgung kritischer Bestellungen und Eskalation bei Lieferverzögerungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Umfeld
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Fähigkeit, auch bei wechselnden Prioritäten den Überblick zu behalten
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das bringst du idealerweise zusätzlich mit

  • Weiterbildung, beispielsweise zum Fachwirt, oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium
  • Technisches Interesse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Automotive- oder Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Verständnis für Beschaffungsprozesse in einem dynamischen Entwicklungs- oder Projektumfeld
