Mit unserem Wachstum entstehen kontinuierlich neue People-Themen und Projekte. Dafür suchen wir jemanden, der Lust hat, Verantwortung für ein Thema zu übernehmen, sich intensiv einzuarbeiten und aus Ideen konkrete Ergebnisse zu machen.

Anders als in einer klassischen operativen HR-Rolle liegt dein Fokus nicht auf dem Tagesgeschäft, sondern auf der eigenständigen Bearbeitung von Projekten, die unsere Organisation und Employee Experience weiterentwickeln. Je nach aktuellem Bedarf können das Themen wie Employer Branding, Time Management, Work Location Konzepte, People Policies oder andere bereichsübergreifende People-Initiativen sein.

Du recherchierst Best Practices, entwickelst Konzepte, stimmst dich mit relevanten Stakeholdern ab und begleitest die Umsetzung deiner Ideen. Gleichzeitig erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die People-Arbeit eines wachsenden Deep-Tech-Unternehmens.

Die Position ist ab sofort in Garching bei München mit 20 Stunden pro Woche für zunächst 6 Monate zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst eigenständig eines unserer aktuellen People-Projekte und bringst es von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung voran
  • Du recherchierst Best Practices, analysierst bestehende Ansätze und entwickelst Empfehlungen für deinen Themenbereich
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Teams zusammen und berücksichtigst unterschiedliche Perspektiven
  • Du strukturierst Projekte, definierst nächste Schritte und sorgst dafür, dass Ideen nachhaltig umgesetzt werden
  • Du unterstützt bei weiteren People-Projekten und Initiativen, die für unser Wachstum relevant sind
  • Du erhältst Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche der People-Arbeit und lernst, wie ein modernes People Team arbeitet

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst aktuell im Master, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikation oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Alternativ begeisterst du dich für Themen wie Employer Branding, Organisationsentwicklung, Unternehmenskultur oder Employee Experience
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
  • Du hast Freude daran, dich tief in ein Thema einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du denkst proaktiv, bringst eigene Ideen ein und treibst Themen eigenständig voran
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
