Bei DeepDrive entwickeln wir die nächste Generation elektrischer Antriebe und gestalten damit die Zukunft der Mobilität. Als Werkstudent:in erhältst du einen umfassenden Einblick in moderne People Operations, übernimmst früh Verantwortung und arbeitest mit uns daran, Prozesse smarter, effizienter und zukunftsfähiger zu gestalten. Dabei spielen Automatisierung und KI eine immer größere Rolle.

Unser Unternehmen wächst und mit ihm entwickeln sich auch unsere People-Prozesse weiter. Wir hinterfragen bestehende Abläufe, schaffen neue Strukturen und überlegen, wie wir moderne Technologien sinnvoll einsetzen können, um uns auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren: unsere Mitarbeitenden.

Dabei bist du nicht nur unterstützend dabei, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit. Du lernst unsere People Operations Themen von Grund auf kennen, übernimmst eigene Aufgaben und bringst deine Ideen ein, wenn es darum geht, Prozesse zu verbessern oder neue Lösungen auszuprobieren.

Die Position ist ab sofort in Garching bei München mit 20 Stunden pro Woche für zunächst 6 Monate zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser People Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und sorgst mit dafür, dass unsere Prozesse reibungslos laufen
  • Du übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Themen und verantwortest kleinere Projekte selbstständig
  • Du analysierst bestehende Abläufe und identifizierst Potenziale für Automatisierung und Prozessverbesserungen
  • Du bringst auch eigene Ideen ein, wie wir KI sinnvoll im People-Bereich einsetzen können
  • Du testest und implementierst erste Automatisierungen für wiederkehrende Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst aktuell im Bachelor oder Master, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaft, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Alternativ begeisterst du dich für People-Themen und möchtest praktische Erfahrung im HR-Bereich sammeln
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Du denkst mit, übernimmst Verantwortung und hast Lust, Dinge aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch
