Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Food Safety Auditor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Food Safety Auditor, you will work alongside the health department and manage inspections. You will help to ensure all food safety procedures are followed to ensure our team members and guests are kept safe.

Unit Description

Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

Responsibilities

  • Walk the health department auditors around on game days and oversee the inspections
  • Assist in overseeing the quality and food safety programs, including implementation and documentation
  • Complete internal audit programs for quality and food safety plans for events

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the food safety industry
  • Availability to work home gamedays
  • No high school diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Standing and walking for extended periods of time
