Buscamos um(a) Estrategista de Contas com forte perfil comercial para atuação no segmento de hotelaria, com foco no relacionamento e fechamento de contratos com hotéis e pousadas de médio e alto porte.

Como Você Gera Impacto

  • Caça a oferta que falta. Cruza dados públicos e sinais de mercado pra achar o hotel certo, onde a demanda já existe, e chega direto em quem decide.
  • Abre a praça e fecha o contrato. Conduz do primeiro contato ao assinado, com a reunião cara a cara que constrói confiança e destrava o sim.
  • Vende com número, não com promessa. Mostra pro hoteleiro quanto ele está deixando passar e usa dado e IA.
  • Toca o pipeline de ponta a ponta. Prospecção, follow-up, negociação e fechamento, com a agenda na sua mão e senso de dono em cada etapa.
  • Entrega o hotel pronto pra vender. Não para no assinado: garante que o parceiro entra bem configurado e já começa a girar.
  • Mantém a liderança no radar. Pipeline limpo e números atualizados, sem ninguém precisar cobrar.
