BUSCAMOS Gente apasionada por el servicio, que centran su trabajo en la atención al cliente y que no tengan miedo de crecer. Gusto por el pago sobre comisiones

¿Qué necesitas?

Excelente actitud, experiencia en atención a clientes agencias y/o call center, experiencia en ventas turísticas, acostumbrado a ganar por comisiones.

Ofrecemos

💰 COMPENSACIÓN: - Salario base: $1.982.200 COP/mes - Comisiones ilimitadas: $2M - $4M+ COP/mes (sin techo!) - Bono garantizado 3 meses: $700.000 COP - Auxilio transporte: $200.000 COP/mes - Bono alimentación: $346.500 COP/mes (tarjeta sin condiciones)

🎁 BENEFICIOS: - Prestaciones de ley + EPS - Plataforma Bonda: créditos educativos, auxilio óptico, póliza de vida, día de familia

📍 MODALIDAD: - 100% presencial en Bogotá - Turnos rotativos 8h (domingo a domingo) - 1 día descanso semanal + 1 fin de semana libre/mes - Contrato indefinido directo
