Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst unser Team in der Zerspanung mit derzeit 10 Mitarbeitenden
  • Planen und Steuern des Personaleinsatzes zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs
  • Sicherstellen der technischen Verfügbarkeit des Verantwortungsbereichs
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen sowie aktives Vorantreiben von Prozessoptimierungen
  • Entwickeln pragmatischer Lösungen für Herausforderungen im Fertigungsalltag
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und Produktivität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metallverarbeitung, Zerspanung oder Maschinenbau
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker sowie Ausbilderschein (AEVO) wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zerspanung (Drehen, Fräsen, CNC)
  • Ca. 8 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten, z. B. Maschineninvestitionen und Produktionsoptimierungen
  • Kenntnisse in der CAD/CAM-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Haas-Bearbeitungszentren
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Sozialkompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und praxisnahe Arbeitsweise
