Im Haus Quirlsberg arbeitest Du in kleinen, familiären Wohngruppen mit jeweils bis zu zwölf demenziell erkrankten Bewohner:innen – nah am Menschen, alltagsorientiert und im festen Bezugssystem. Wir suchen Pflegefachassistent:innen, die mit Herz, Professionalität und einem geschulten Blick für Veränderungen arbeiten und Freude daran haben, innerhalb klarer Strukturen echte Pflege zu gestalten. Bei uns zählt Deine Erfahrung und Deine Freude daran unseren Bewohner:innen mit Demenz jeden Tag ein Stück Lebensqualität zu schenken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Bewohner:innen bei der Körperpflege im Sinne der aktivierenden Pflege
  • Du dokumentierst die Pflegetätigkeiten sorgfältig und gewissenhaft elektronisch in der Software Vivendi PD
  • Du nimmst die Speisenwünsche der Bewohner auf und hilfst beim selbstständigen Essen und Trinken
  • Als Teil des Teams nimmst Du an Dienstübergaben und Teambesprechungen teil
  • Du beobachtest und erfasst ggf. Veränderungen im Verhalten der Bewohner:innen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent (m/w/d)
