The posting

This role requires strong knowledge of airline commission agreements, ticketing and exchange processes, fare construction, and GDS functionality. The incumbent reviews straight-sale tickets, exchanges, and commission exceptions; interprets airline commission agreements and profiles; identifies missed or incorrect commission opportunities; and works with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The role plays an important part in protecting airline revenue, improving commission accuracy, and reducing financial leakage.

Qualifications & Experience • 2+ years of corporate travel, airline ticketing, International Rate Desk, air fulfillment, or related travel-industry experience strongly preferred. • Demonstrated experience reviewing airline commissions, international fares, ticketing, exchanges, or reissues. • Strong knowledge of airline commission agreements and the ability to interpret commission contracts, profiles, tables, and rules. • Advanced working knowledge of Sabre and/or Apollo/Travelport, Amadeus experience is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of domestic and international airline ticketing, electronic tickets, fare calculations, exchanges, reissues, and refunds. • Experience researching complex PNR and ticket histories and identifying commission discrepancies. • Familiarity with ARC processes and airline debit memos preferred. • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven production environment. • Ability to independently research and resolve exceptions while recognizing when escalation is required. • Proficiency with Excel and other reporting/tracking tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across operational and support teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
