Desde NetOlympus, empresa perteneciente a Grupo Diusframi, buscamos incorporar 20 Administrativos/as de Financiación al Consumo y Atención al Cliente para uno de nuestros equipos ubicados en Madrid.

¿Qué harás?

  • Gestión y revisión de solicitudes de financiación.
  • Validación documental y seguimiento de expedientes.
  • Atención y soporte a clientes y comercios colaboradores.
  • Resolución de incidencias y consultas.

Condiciones

¿Qué ofrecemos?

  • Contrato temporal con posibilidad de paso a plantilla.
  • Jornada de 35 horas semanales.
  • Salario: 17.094 € brutos anuales para jornada completa, percibiéndose la parte proporcional correspondiente a la jornada realizada de 35 horas semanales (14.957,25 € brutos anuales).
  • Modalidad híbrida (50% teletrabajo).
  • Turnos rotativos de 08:00 a 15:00 y de 15:00 a 22:00, de lunes a domingo con libranzas correspondientes.
  • Formación inicial a cargo de la empresa.
  • Posibilidades reales de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional dentro del Grupo.
  • Proyecto estable con vocación de permanencia a largo plazo

Qué buscamos?

  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con varias aplicaciones a la vez.
  • Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente, call center o sector bancario.
  • Persona organizada, resolutiva y con orientación al cliente.
