  • Gestión y revisión de solicitudes de financiación.
  • Validación documental y seguimiento de expedientes.
  • Atención y soporte a clientes y comercios colaboradores.
  • Resolución de incidencias y consultas.

Condiciones

  • Jornada de 35 horas semanales.
  • Salario: 17.094 € brutos anuales para jornada completa, percibiéndose la parte proporcional correspondiente a la jornada realizada de 35 horas semanales (14.957,25 € brutos anuales).
  • Modalidad híbrida (50% teletrabajo).
  • Ampliación de la franja horaria contractual a aquellas personas que presten servicio de tarde y deseen optar al servicio de mañana. Si bien las personas que se adhieran a esta ampliación deberán mantener disponibilidad para trabajar en ambos horarios en función de las necesidades organizativas y del servicio:

De 8:00 a 15:00 hora (preferentemente) De 15:00 a 22:00 horas

Tu perfil

  • Pertenecer al departamento 510111 Financiación al consumo
  • Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con varias aplicaciones a la vez.
  • Valorable experiencia en atención al cliente, call center o sector bancario.
  • Persona organizada, resolutiva y con orientación al cliente.
