Somos uma empresa do setor de Alimentos e Bebidas em plena transformação digital, estruturando nosso canal de e-commerce e presença em marketplaces. Você vai atuar diretamente na operação e crescimento das vendas online, ajudando a levar nossos produtos para cada vez mais pessoas.

  • Cadastrar e atualizar produtos em marketplaces (títulos, descrições, imagens, atributos).
  • Apoiar na gestão de preços, promoções e campanhas.
  • Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, ruptura, devoluções e avaliações.
  • Dar suporte no atendimento ao cliente via canais digitais.
  • Apoiar na criação e otimização de páginas de produto (SEO básico).
  • Interagir com áreas internas (comercial, logística, marketing) para garantir a operação.
  • Monitorar concorrência e tendências de e-commerce.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia (estágio ou CLT) em e-commerce, marketplace ou área digital.
  • Conhecimento básico em plataformas de marketplace (ex.: Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, etc.).
  • Noções de Excel/Google Sheets para análise de dados.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e facilidade com números.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e vontade de aprender rápido.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no segmento de Alimentos e Bebidas ou bens de consumo.
  • Noções de SEO para e-commerce (títulos, descrições, palavras-chave).
  • Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de pedidos/ERP ou hubs de integração.
  • Conhecimento básico em mídia paga para performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Formação em andamento ou concluída em Marketing, Administração, Publicidade, Comunicação ou áreas correlatas.
