  • Apoiar rotinas administrativas (arquivos, planilhas, cadastros).
  • Atender e direcionar contatos internos e externos.
  • Organizar documentos físicos e digitais.
  • Atualizar informações em sistemas internos.
  • Apoiar a equipe em tarefas simples do dia a dia.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações.
  • Colaborar para um ambiente de trabalho organizado e acolhedor.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Estar regularmente matriculado(a) no Ensino Fundamental, Médio ou curso equivalente.
  • Disponibilidade para jornada de trabalho parcial (manhã ou tarde).
  • Vontade de aprender e iniciar carreira na área administrativa.
  • Boa comunicação e organização.
  • Conhecimentos básicos de informática (digitação, uso de e-mail e internet).

Diferenciais:

  • Participação em cursos profissionalizantes ou projetos sociais.
  • Interesse em crescer nas áreas administrativa, financeira ou atendimento.
  • Noções de pacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e seguir orientações.
