Estamos em busca de um profissional organizado, analítico e comprometido para atuar como Assistente Fiscal, contribuindo para a execução, conferência e controle das rotinas tributárias, garantindo o cumprimento das obrigações fiscais e dos prazos legais.

Buscamos alguém com conhecimento técnico na área fiscal, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de análise, que atue de forma proativa na identificação de inconsistências, suporte aos clientes e apoio às equipes internas, assegurando a conformidade das operações com a legislação vigente.

Principais Responsabilidades · Realizar a escrituração, conferência e análise de documentos fiscais de entrada, saída e prestação de serviços;

· Efetuar a apuração e conferência de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais, conforme enquadramento tributário das empresas atendidas;

· Analisar retenções tributárias, incluindo PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRRF, ISS e demais tributos aplicáveis;

· Realizar apuração de ISS e conferência de impostos do Simples Nacional;

· Executar fechamentos fiscais e validar informações para apuração dos tributos;

· Elaborar, conferir e transmitir obrigações acessórias federais, estaduais e municipais;

· Gerar DARFs, guias de recolhimento, parcelamentos e demais documentos relacionados à área fiscal;

· Conferir importações de documentos fiscais nos sistemas internos;

· Identificar inconsistências fiscais e promover as devidas correções ou encaminhamentos;

· Solicitar e acompanhar o recebimento de documentos e informações junto aos clientes;

· Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes em dúvidas relacionadas às rotinas fiscais;

· Apoiar as equipes internas e contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área;

· Monitorar prazos fiscais, garantindo a entrega das obrigações dentro dos períodos estabelecidos;

· Manter arquivos, controles e documentos fiscais organizados para auditorias e fiscalizações;

· Acompanhar atualizações da legislação tributária e apoiar sua correta aplicação nas rotinas da empresa.

Requisitos · Ensino Superior cursando ou concluído em Ciências Contábeis;

· Experiência anterior na área fiscal, preferencialmente em escritório de contabilidade;

· Conhecimento em escrituração fiscal e análise de documentos fiscais;

· Conhecimento em apuração de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais;

· Experiência com retenções tributárias e substituição tributária;

· Conhecimento em obrigações acessórias fiscais;

· Familiaridade com sistemas fiscais e ERP;

· Conhecimento intermediário do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.

Diferenciais · Experiência em empresas do Simples Nacional;

· Conhecimento em DCTF e demais declarações acessórias;

· Vivência com sistemas Domínio, Alterdata, Fortes ou similares;

· Conhecimento em legislação tributária e atualização fiscal;

· Noções de legislação trabalhista e Departamento Pessoal.
