Você será peça-chave para garantir uma experiência positiva ao colaborador, apoiar a liderança e impulsionar uma cultura de alta performance, sempre conectada aos valores da empresa.

  • Atuar como parceiro(a) de gestores em temas de pessoas e clima.
  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção ponta a ponta.
  • Estruturar e acompanhar programas de integração e treinamento.
  • Apoiar ciclos de avaliação de desempenho e PDI.
  • Atuar em ações de engajamento, comunicação interna e cultura.
  • Dar suporte em rotinas de cargos, salários e movimentações internas.
  • Produzir e analisar indicadores de RH para tomada de decisão.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência generalista em RH como Analista Pleno.
  • Atuação prévia com R&S, treinamento, desempenho e clima.
  • Formação em Psicologia, Administração, RH ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em ambiente industrial ou empresas de grande porte.
  • Domínio de pacote Office/Google Workspace para relatórios e indicadores.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no setor de Alimentos e Bebidas ou bens de consumo.
  • Atuação anterior como BP de RH ou parceiro(a) de negócios.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias de avaliação de desempenho e trilhas de desenvolvimento.
  • Vivência com projetos de clima organizacional e cultura.
  • Participação em implantação de sistemas de RH (ATS, LMS, HCM).
