dnata is een internationale dienstverlener in de luchtvaart- en logistieke sector en actief op meer dan 127 luchthavens wereldwijd. De organisatie levert geïntegreerde diensten op het gebied van ground handling, cargo, catering en travel services. In Nederland is dnata actief op Schiphol en opereert zij in een sterk gereguleerde, dynamische en operationeel complexe omgeving. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, continue verbetering en een mensgerichte cultuur vormen daarbij de basis van de dagelijkse operatie. De afdeling planning verzorgt de lange, en korte termijn planning van eigen en uitzendpersoneel voor de cargo, passenger en ramp operations op Schiphol.

Doel van de functie

De Workforce Planner draagt bij aan een stabiele, voorspelbare en compliant personeelsinzet binnen de cargo-, passenger- en ramp operations van dnata Nederland. De functie bestaat om te borgen dat personele capaciteit, kwalificaties en inzetmomenten structureel aansluiten op de operationele vraag, binnen wettelijke kaders en interne afspraken. De rol levert directe bijdrage aan continuïteit van de operatie, beheersing van kosten en het professionaliseren van het planningsproces in een omgeving met hoge volumes en wisselende werkdruk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen, beheren en publiceren van kwalitatief hoogwaardige roosters op basis van forecast, capaciteitsplanning en geldend roosterbeleid
  • Bewaken van naleving van Arbeidstijdenwet, CAO en dnata-afspraken binnen roostering en inzet
  • Coördineren en verwerken van mutaties, verlof, beschikbaarheid en korte termijn wijzigingen
  • Afstemmen met operatie, duty management en ondersteunende afdelingen over dagindelingen en bezetting
  • Signaleren van tekorten, overschotten en structurele patronen in inzet en capaciteit
  • Faciliteren van correcte urenverantwoording en bijdragen aan maandafsluiting
  • Beheren en monitoren van kwalificaties in relatie tot inzetbaarheid
  • Bijdragen aan kwaliteitsbewaking, procesverbetering en foutreductie binnen het planningsproces
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor planning gerelateerde vragen vanuit operatie en medewerkers

Vereiste ervaring en profiel

  • MBO 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in bedrijfskundige of administratieve richting
  • 1–3 jaar relevante werkervaring in personeelsplanning of vergelijkbare operationele omgeving
  • Ervaring met stakeholderafstemming in een dynamische context
  • Aantoonbare kennis van Arbeidstijdenwet en bij voorkeur CAO-afspraken
  • Analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en in staat om overzicht te behouden onder tijdsdruk
  • Ervaring met planningssystemen; kennis van Ortec OWS is een pre
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engelse taalvaardigheid is vereist binnen de organisatiecontext
  • Affiniteit met en bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de luchtvaart- of logistieke sector
