Waar ervaring het verschil maakt

De rij bij de incheckbalie groeit, een vlucht nadert boarding en een collega vraagt om advies bij een lastige situatie. Jij houdt het overzicht. Als Senior Passenger Services Agent bij dnata op Schiphol ben jij het ervaren aanspreekpunt op de vloer. Je stuurt bij waar nodig, ondersteunt je team en zorgt dat elke passagier professioneel en veilig wordt geholpen. Met jouw ervaring maak je dagelijks het verschil in een dynamische, internationale luchthavenomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als professioneel aanspreekpunt ben jij hét gezicht en de ambassadeur voor passagiers op Schiphol.
  • Bewaken van de operationele processen bij check-in, gate en boarding, met focus op veiligheid, punctualiteit en klanttevredenheid
  • Coördineren van het team, verdelen van taken en ondersteunen bij complexe situaties
  • Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van Junior Passenger Services Agents
  • Afstemmen met airline representatives en interne afdelingen voor een naadloze passagierservaring

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 1-2 jaar ervaring als Junior Passenger Services Agent
  • Volledige ervaring met alle onderdelen van passagiersafhandeling
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in wisseldiensten en woonachtig binnen 60 minuten van Schiphol
