Deine Substanz

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bereits Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung gesammelt. Auch mit erster Berufserfahrung bist du bei uns willkommen. Du kennst die Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung (GoB) und die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften nach HGB, bist mit gängiger Buchhaltungssoftware vertraut und kennst dich mit Microsoft-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, aus. Du arbeitest sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich, denkst in Prozessen und stimmst dich mit deinem Team ab. Automatisierung und KI willst du aktiv in deinem Arbeitsalltag nutzen.

Dein Trip

Du prüfst, klärst und verbuchst Wareneingangsrechnungen, erstellst Zahlungsläufe und hältst die Kreditorenkonten im Blick. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du Aufgaben in der Debitorenbuchhaltung einschließlich des Forderungsmanagements, stimmst Konten ab und unterstützt das Team bei unseren Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen. Du bringst Ideen aus deinem Arbeitsalltag ein, machst dich mit neuen Anwendungen vertraut und wirkst daran mit, Abläufe in der Buchhaltung weiterzuentwickeln.
