Dein kreativer Spielraum beginnt beim ersten Gedanken und endet nicht beim Posting: Du entwickelst Kanal-Narrative, Kampagnen und Live-Erlebnisse und bringst deine Konzepte bis zum Drehtag. Deine Substanz

Du bringst zwei bis vier Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Social Media, Text, Copywriting oder Redaktion mit und hast bereits Kommunikationskampagnen mitentwickelt. Plattformen, Zielgruppen und Formate denkst du organisch wie paid und übersetzt Briefings in kreative Leitideen. Dabei schreibst du pointiert und zielgruppengerecht und weißt, wie aus einer Content-Idee ein drehfertiges Konzept wird. Ein gutes Gespür für neue Formate und Erzählweisen gehört für dich genauso dazu wie der routinierte Umgang mit aktueller KI – ohne dein eigenes Hirn an sie auszulagern.

Dein Trip

Du entwickelst Social-Media-Konzepte vom einzelnen Post und wiederkehrenden Content-Format bis zu Dark-Ad-Kampagnen und ganzen Kanälen. Dafür textest du Captions, Visual Copy, Headlines sowie Reel- und Storyskripte. Deine Ideen bringst du mit Storyboards, Shotlists, Drehplänen oder Manuskripten bis in die Produktion und konzipierst Social-first Formate z.B. für Influencer-Live-Events und Messebegleitungen. Dabei denkst du bewusst über etablierte Social-Media-Mechaniken hinaus und entwickelst Ideen, auf die nicht schon jede:r andere gekommen ist.
