岗位目的: 负责与大客户部、山姆采购等内外部部门进行日常的沟通和协调，确保山姆购销、一件代发业务的顺利进行。

岗位职责: 1. 商品进存销管理：分析山姆购销、一件代发业务销售及库存数据，制定合理的补货计划，与山姆采购及供应商沟通，确保订货下单、送货预约、物流运输、到货定案等相关工作的顺利完成； 2. 商品规范管理：对山姆堆头商品的进、销、存、退等各项业务进行管理，配合大客户部对门店执行情况进行监督与评分； 3. 物流配送与协调：确保商品的及时配送和交付；预约门店及前置仓货品配送，协调物流安排，跟踪货物的运输情况，并及时处理运输中可能出现的问题，确保门店/前置仓能够按时收到商品； 4. 购销业务退货管理：负责对接山姆索赔、采购等部门发起的退货，完成系统单据录入及货品入库，协同大客户部、采购部等部门完成异常单据的处理； 5. 账务核对：与山姆采购对接，核对卓越会员折让补贴，核对批发对账单、核对促销费用等，并报备审计部及财务部； 6. 库存控制与管理：密切关注库存情况，根据销售数据和订单需求进行库存的预测和调整。与供应商协调，确保商品供应充足，并及时处理库存积压或短缺的情况，以维持库存水平的稳定； 7. 沟通与协调：负责与门店、山姆采购等进行日常的沟通和协调；解答门店、山姆采购等的问题，确保双方之间的信息畅通； 8. 新品提报管理：购销新品商品资料收集、整理、毛利测算、备货计划，及山姆系统提报； 9. 数据分析：定期制作山姆体系销售分析、库存分析、促销活动分析，为山姆业务的决策及调整提供有力的数据支撑； 10. 流程提效：为门店、物流、仓储等相关业务对接人提供业务流程的培训，对业务流程进行提效。

1. 本科及以上，工作经验3年以上，商品运营工作经验1年本科及以上，具备一定的眼镜产品知识； 2. 对数据敏感，有一定的数据分析能力，有较好的逻辑思维能力； 3. 熟练掌握WPS 或 MS Office 等办公软件； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力，协调能力和项目管理能力，有团队意识，服务意识； 5. 亲和力好，能够迅速与周围的人建立信任和友好的关系； 6. 具备一定的谈判能力，有良好的沟通技巧； 7. 具备一定的压力管理能力。
