What you'll do As part of the Finance Business Transformation team, the Senior Business Process Manager will lead end-to-end process, system, and automation initiatives for the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Finance organization. This role serves as the Finance business lead for end-to-end process improvement, optimization, and project initiatives. The Senior Business Process Manager will partner with Finance, DTS (IT), Product, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional teams to design scalable, automated, and controlled solutions. Key responsibilities include building business cases, prioritizing initiatives, documenting requirements, managing project timelines, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role will translate Finance needs into technical solutions across platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and Salesforce. This hands-on leader will deliver measurable outcomes while ensuring alignment with company strategy, policies, and SOX compliance requirements. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Business Process. Responsibility Lead end-to-end process improvement, optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives across the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Finance organization Partner with Finance, DTS (IT), Product, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, align priorities, and deliver scalable solutions Assess current-state processes, identify pain points and control gaps, and design streamlined future-state workflows, process flows, and standard operating procedures Develop business cases that quantify expected business value, including revenue impact, cost savings, efficiency gains, and return on investment Translate Finance needs into clear business requirements, user stories, and integration requirements for systems such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and Salesforce Facilitate cross-functional discussions and design reviews to support informed decisions, resolve issues, and maintain alignment throughout delivery Lead and manage projects of varying size and complexity, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-case development, tester coordination, execution tracking, issue resolution, and audit-ready documentation Ensure process and system changes align with Docusign's strategy, policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements Support implementation and adoption of new systems, automation capabilities, AI tools, and process improvements; provide post-launch support as needed Create process documentation and training materials, deliver end-user training, and promote consistent adoption of best practices across Finance teams Provide clear updates to stakeholders and executives on initiative status, outcomes, risks, dependencies, and escalation needs Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment by sharing knowledge, coaching team members, and driving continuous improvement Job Designation Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time. What you bring Basic Bachelor's degree Experience in Quote-to-cash processes, specifically with SAAS revenues 8+ years of Accounting experience using Local GAAP rules 5+ years of process and/or project management, consulting, or related business experience 3+ years of people management experience Experience in a company that has scaled with accelerated growth or large software development organizations Preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Knowledge of process management/improvement, Lean Thinking, Six Sigma methodologies and history of improving processes Proficient with Google suites product, Oracle Cloud Fusion, Zuora, JIRA, ServiceNow, Automation tools (RPA or Bots), and Excel Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment Effective negotiation skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal support Ability to develop strong cross-team relationships and partnerships Confident in working with management team members Technical enough to be comfortable asking questions to dig into development issues, quickly gather and synthesize information, devise a plan, get buy-in and move towards resolution Ability to see the big picture and work with a team to prioritize pipeline requests, ensuring delivery alignment without compromising goals Experience focusing on customer satisfaction to win our customer's continued business and loyalty Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $132,700.00 - $206,800.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
