Die PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG ist ein maritimer Dienstleister mit Wurzeln in Hamburg und Heimathäfen auf der ganzen Welt. Wir verstehen uns als traditionsreiche und zugleich zukunftsorientierte Firmengruppe, die maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die gesamte Schifffahrtsindustrie bereithält. Zur Verstärkung unserer IT Abteilung suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Enterprise Architect (m/w/d). . Bei uns haben Sie die Gelegenheit, das Enterprise Architecture Management zu gestalten und in einem internationalen Umfeld zu etablieren. Als Teil eines dynamischen Teams werden Sie in die faszinierende Welt der Schifffahrt eintauchen und die digitale Transformation mitgestalten.

  • Neue Technologien: Bewertung und Ermittlung des Integrationspotenzials in die bestehende IT-Landschaft
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung: unternehmensweite IT-Landschaft
  • Optimierung: Analyse bestehender Systeme und Identifikation von Potenzialen im Hinblick auf Effizienz, Skalierbarkeit und Zukunftsfähigkeit
  • Migration: Entwicklung von Migrationsstrategien für Legacy-Systeme und Begleitung der Umsetzung
  • Solution design: Unterstützung bzw. Erstellung für neue und geänderte IT-Systeme
  • Erstellung und Pflege: Architekturrichtlinien, Standards und Governance-Prozesse
  • Dokumentation: IT-Systemarchitektur inkl. Sicherstellung ihrer Aktualität
  • Überprüfung und Beratung: in IT-Projekten bezüglich Konformität mit der Unternehmensarchitektur

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der maritimen Industrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IT-Architekturen und -Technologien, einschließlich Cloud-Plattformen
  • Umfassendes Verständnis von Architektur-Frameworks wie TOGAF, Zachman oder vergleichbaren Methodiken
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie Überzeugungskraft auf allen Unternehmensebenen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Veränderungen aktiv zu gestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
