Die PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG ist ein Anbieter von globalen maritimen Dienstleistungen mit Wurzeln in Hamburg und Heimathäfen in aller Welt. Wir verstehen uns als traditionsreiche und zugleich zukunftsorientierte Unternehmensgruppe, die maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die gesamte Schifffahrtsbranche anbietet. Zur Unterstützung unseres Shipmanagements suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Technical Superintendent Bulk (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • Verantwortung für das Gesamtmanagement und den technischen Betrieb der zugewiesenen Schiffe
  • Regelmäßige Besuche an Bord und Überwachung des Schiffsbetriebs, der technischen Leistung, der Sicherheitsanforderungen und des Zustands der Schiffe
  • Planung, Ausschreibung, Überwachung und Koordination von Reparaturen und Werftaufenthalten
  • Budgetplanung, Überwachung der Ausgaben für die Schiffe und Berichterstattung
  • Verbindung zu Klassifikationsgesellschaften, Flaggenstaatverwaltungen und Aufsichtsbehörden
  • Verantwortung für die Einführung und Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften, z. B. ISM, UVV, MARPOL, SOLAS usw.
  • Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung der Schiffe und Mitwirkung bei Fragebögen / allgemeinen Anfragen der Abteilungen Chartering und Betrieb sowie der Terminals
  • Beratung des Führungspersonals der Schiffe und Vorlage von Beurteilungsberichten und Bewertung der Leistung des Schiffsmanagements
  • Förderung einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen (Operations / Chartering / Crewing / Controlling) und der Besatzung, um als Team zusammenzuarbeiten und gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
  • Pflege enger Kontakte zu Kunden und bestmögliche Beratung hinsichtlich der Handhabung und Kosten technischer Probleme sowie der Vorausplanung

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Schiffstechnik
  • langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position als Leitender oder Zweiter Ingenieur
  • Grundkenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft (z. B. Berichtswesen, Budgetplanung)
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit fließendem Englisch und Deutsch (vorzugsweise)
  • Kenntnisse des ISM-Systems
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen
  • vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Massengutfracht mit Schiffen unterschiedlicher Größe und Konfiguration
