Die PETER DÖHLE Schiffahrts-KG ist ein maritimer Dienstleister mit Wurzeln in Hamburg und Heimathäfen auf der ganzen Welt. Wir verstehen uns als traditionsreiche und zugleich zukunftsorientierte Firmengruppe, die maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die gesamte Schifffahrtsindustrie bereithält. Zur Verstärkung unserer Personalabteilung suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Werkstudent (m/w/d) Recruiting für 20Std/Woche (anpassbar für Klausurenphasen etc.). .

  • Du unterstützt tatkräftig im Recruiting von neuen Mitarbeiter/-innen in unseren verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Koordinierung und Organisation im Bewerbungsprozess mit z.B. Organisation von Terminen und Bewerbungsmanagement im ATS (Applicant Tracking System) und anderen administrativen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei HR/ Recruiting-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student/-in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Ausgeprägtes Interessen an Recruiting und Personalthemen
  • Kommunikationsstark im Kontakt mit Bewerbern, Kollegen und Führungskräften
  • Intrinsische Motivation, Selbstorganisation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
