Als Teil eines internationalen Schifffahrtsunternehmens bewahren wir Traditionen und sind gleichzeitig zukunftsorientiert. Unsere internationalen Kunden schätzen unser Fachwissen, unsere maßgeschneiderten Lösungsansätze und unseren proaktiven Ansatz. Wir sind ein Team von 35 Versicherungs- und Schifffahrtsspezialisten, die unsere Kunden mit exzellenter Schadensbearbeitung und Verwaltungsarbeit sowie mit Beratungsdienstleistungen unterstützen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Marine Broker (m/w/d).

  • Verhandlungen von Vertragsverlängerungen
  • Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von Versicherungsvertragsdokumenten und Versicherungsbestätigungen
  • Überwachung, Koordination und Qualitätsmanagement des Arbeitsprozesses bei Platzierungen
  • Erstellung von Versicherungsbudgets, finanziellen Ergebnissen und Abgrenzungen
  • Unterstützung von Kunden, Banken, Versicherungen, Agenten und Stakeholdern
  • Abwicklung von Kriegsrisikoversicherungen
  • Verbesserung und Digitalisierung von Arbeitsprozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Vermittlung und Verwaltung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Entscheidungsträgern auf allen Ebenen
  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
