Unser Kompetenzspektrum umfasst unter anderem Arbeitsplatztechnologien, Telefonie- und Videokonferenzsysteme, eine Tool-Landschaft rund um Kommunikation und Kollaboration, Betrieb mehrerer Rechenzentren und Softwareentwicklung. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort in Hamburg einen Bereichsleiter Entwickler*innencampus (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 Stunden).

Der Job + Die Verantwortung

  • Disziplinarische Führung der Softwareentwickler*innen im Bereich „Entwickler*innencampus“
  • Gestaltung moderner Organisationsstrukturen und Prozesse nach agilen Software-Engineering-Prinzipien
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität und Stabilität der Systeme
  • Professionelles Stakeholder-Management im Konzern- und Partnerumfeld
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcen und Personalplanung im Bereich
  • Förderung einer leistungsstarken, kollaborativen Teamkultur
  • Enge Abstimmung mit anderen Software-Entwicklungsbereichen im Konzern sowie der redaktionellen Leitung

Du + Deine Stärken

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklungs- oder Produktteams, idealerweise in komplexen Matrixorganisationen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis moderner cloud-basierter Software-Architekturen, technologischer Trends und agiler Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zwischen Technik und Management zu vermitteln
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreude, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, Teams nachhaltig zu befähigen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit pragmatischer Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen nach Berlin in den dpa Newsroom
