Die Deutsche Presse-Agentur (dpa) wurde 1949 gegründet und gehört zu den weltweit führenden unabhängigen Nachrichtenagenturen. dpa beliefert Medien, Unternehmen und Organisationen mit redaktionellen Angeboten. Dazu zählen Texte, Fotos, Videos, Grafiken, Hörfunkbeiträge und andere Formate. Als international tätige Agentur berichtet dpa in sieben Sprachen. Rund 1000 Journalistinnen und Journalisten arbeiten von rund 150 Standorten im In- und Ausland aus. Gesellschafter der dpa sind rund 170 deutsche Medienunternehmen. Die dpa-Redaktion arbeitet nach den im dpa-Statut festgelegten Grundsätzen: unabhängig von Weltanschauungen, Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder Regierungen.

Wir suchen zum 01. Januar 2027 einen Redaktionsassistent (m/w/d) im Newsroom in Berlin. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Vollzeit zu besetzen.

Der Job + Die Verantwortung

  • Erstellen der täglichen Termin- und Produktionsvorschauen
  • Pflege der internen Kontakt- und Termindatenbanken
  • Mitarbeit an unserer Nachrichtenseite dpa-news
  • Beobachtung und Kontrolle der redaktionellen E-Mail-Postfächer, Weiterleitung potenziell wichtiger E-Mails an die Ressorts
  • Auswertung der Mediennutzung/des Basisdienstes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wort- und Bildredaktion sowie Archiv
  • Zentraler Telefonempfang Redaktion in Randzeiten
  • Flexible Arbeit im Schichtdienst, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

Du + Deine Stärken

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz in der Medienbranche
  • Große Teamfähigkeit
  • Interesse am täglichen Nachrichtengeschehen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität
  • Große Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in der Internetrecherche
  • Sicherer Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
