岗位职责 1. 开发电芯的热-力-电化学多物理场耦合模型和三维异构模型，并结合实验测试设计和分析验证，从参数和机理两方面不断修正和优化模型； 2. 开发离散元或粗粒化分子动力学算法来模拟极片制造过程，建立电芯极片的微观结构模型； 3. 开发电芯的材料-电芯跨尺度模型，探索材料微观相场-工艺过程离散元仿真-宏观多物理相场的耦合模型的模型开发和分析验证； 4. 开发各类能够有效描述电池老化过程的物理/数据模型和参数辨识算法，例如电化学模型、机理模型； 5. 开发AI先进算法，融合上述跨尺度模型、或者多物理场模型相结合，加速复杂电芯的快速仿真建模。

1.了解商用电池体系的化学体系、电芯设计和工艺制造过程，熟悉电芯测试流程和各类模型参数的表征方法； 2. 至少熟练使用一款电芯仿真软件（COMSOL、AutoLion、star-CCM+），能够独立进行电化学模型、电热模型、多物理场模型等建模仿真工作，熟悉参数优化的各类算法，形成标准化、流程化的工作流； 3. 在电化学、材料科学、力学有较为扎实的理论基础，并熟练掌握1种以上编程语言（python、C++），具有较强的程序开发能力和数值计算分析能力，能够快速实现和验证前沿文献中的电池模型。
