作为深势科技“AI for Science”（AI4S）电池领域开发高级研究员，您将与团队的其他研究者与工程师合作，利用包括人工智能、分子模拟、离散元、连续介质模拟在内的跨尺度计算方法和AI模型，结合自身专业的电池领域背景，开发先进解决方案，研究电池领域从材料到电芯的关键问题，解决电池技术和对应工业领域的真需求真问题。深势科技持续关注AI4S新范式下的电池设计自动化（BDA）的创新效能和应用落地，您的开发成果将通过深势科技电池设计平台Piloteye 和先进研发方案组合等方式，为革新电池领域的研究范式和技术智能升级做出重要的贡献。

职位职责 1. 具有电池领域专家视角，面向电池开发的痛点问题和关键需求，利用AI4S新范式开发从材料-电极-电芯从微观到宏观的先进跨尺度算法工具和解决方案，加速电池开发白盒化； 2. 以计算-实验更高效结合为目标，开发电池材料-正负极、电解液、固态电解质及表界面等场景的AI&计算与高精度表征以及与工艺优化相结合的先进算法工具和解决方案； 3. 基于AI4S新范式，开发物理驱动和数据驱动的电池文献专利&多尺度计算&实验表征测试等大模型，构建从材料到器件的构效关系和开发失效分析及寿命预测的先进设施； 4. 以解决实际问题为导向，开发实验计算相融合的电池材料成分与性能数据库等，利用AI建模优化设计各类电池性能，打通电池开发全流程数据链条，加速寻找最优技术路线。

1.具有电池或电化学等领域专业技术背景，有3～5年的电池研究经历能以专业的视角定义关键问题和领域需求，具有电池行业从业经历与电池实验或工业需求结合完成计算仿真项目经验者优先； 2.具有丰富的电池计算仿真与AI设计研究经验，至少熟练使用一款DFT、MD、介宏观等多尺度计算软件，具有机器学习算法工具与电池开发设计结合完成研发任务的能力； 3.具有面向应用研发和工程化领域开发者的能力和意愿，善于沟通和表达，勤于学习和思考，有较强的主观能动性和团队合作精神。
