作为深势科技“AI for Science”（AI4S）材料领域开发研究员，您将与团队的其他研究者与工程师合作，利用包括人工智能、分子模拟、介宏观在内的多尺度计算方法和AI模型，研究材料设计领域内的关键问题，并为相应的学术与工业场景提供新的解决方案。深势科技持续关注材料设计的应用落地，您的研究成果将通过深势科技材料设计平台等方式，为革新相应领域的研究与生产范式做出直接的贡献。

职位职责 1.面向新能源、催化、石油化工等应用领域的材料设计与优化的多尺度计算和AI模型开发； 2.与顶级业界合作伙伴共同打造计算材料研发AI4S的新一代工具、平台基础设施； 3.利用材料基因工程、AI for Science等先进研发范式加速新材料研发落地。

1.能源环境材料及技术、化学工程与化学工艺、工业催化或相关专业技术背景，能以专业的视角定义关键问题和领域需求； 2.具有材料计算仿真与AI设计研究经验，至少熟练使用一款DFT、MD（DPA、DeePMD等）、介宏观等多尺度计算软件； 3.具有面向应用研发和工程化领域开发者的能力和意愿，善于沟通和表达，勤于学习和思考，有较强的主观能动性和团队合作精神。 加分项： 1.具有与实验或工业需求结合完成计算仿真的项目经验； 2.具有机器学习算法工具（如pytorch，ase，rdkit等）与材料开发设计结合完成研发任务的能力。
