职位职责 1.跟踪领域的基础科学进展和产业化进展，并能总结、提炼和拆解科学问题，设计引领行业的物理和数据融合的解决方案，和内部算法、商务团队协作、对接和交付项目； 2. 拥抱并实践AI for Science的理念，以引领性的先进算法用于解决固态电池的关键科学问题； 3.能够协作开发面向固态电池领域的特定功能模块，和工程产品开发团队协作，将先进算法沉淀在Piloteye平台。

1.在全固态电池领域有3年以上的研究经历，对各类体系的组分-结构-性能的构效关系和底层机理有全面认识，能够提出未来发展的新方向和AI for Science的具体切入点； 2. 在固体物理、电化学、材料科学等学科有较为扎实的理论基础，能够熟练使用1~2种程序开发语言。
